This is the Posting Policy, where we inform you of the rules you will abide by when making a comment, post, review or anything else on this site. By creating an account, posting content of any kind you certify that you have read these terms, and all other terms, and you agree with them. The effective date of this policy is June 1, 2025 and we will change this date whenever we make changes to this policy.

1: EFFECTIVE DATE

The effective date of this policy is June 1, 2025 and we will change this date whenever we make changes to this policy. We advise that you return to this policy and all other policies on this site time to time to ensure you are seeing the latest policies. If there is any policy you do not like or agree with you have the option to close your account. We do not adapt or change our policies based on members not liking them.

2: GENERAL RULES ON POSTING CONTENT

We know that sometimes a review can follow what could be a very difficult experience by the seller, buyer or one of the parties in a deal. However by creating an account and making a review, responding to a review, or making any other content you agree to NOT do the following.

  1. You cannot post links to any other site unless it backs up your claims. (See 4 below)
  2. You may not use foul language, cuss or curse.
  3. You may not attack another persons religion or social beliefs.
  4. You may not post content that is "personally" insulting. In other words you may not insult or attack the other parties family, kids, spouse, social or religious beliefs. In other words, keep to the facts of the review and or situation.
  5. You may not post images if their home, family, kids, or anything not directly related to the review.
  6. You may not post images of ID, Passports etc.
  7. You may not post AI assisted or manipulated images, unless the image being posted is something they used to make the deal with you.
  8. If you are caught making fake accounts and posting positive reviews on your own business, we will ban you, then keep your post up, but place a red banner on the page saying you made a fake account, and gave yourself a face review. We then post those accounts on our social medias, we call those the "Lame ass of the week"

3: WHAT YOU CAN POST

When posting a review or a response to a review, keep in mind the more you keep to the facts the more credibility you will have. Posting a review about a bad experience loses its effectiveness if you act like a child, or get grossly insulting. When posting a review you of course can post what happened, and do it in your own words, however we suggest when posting a review or a response use things / post things like this.

  1. Keep the post "clinical", in other words just tell what happened in a neutral sounding tone in your writing.
  2. Post simply what happened.
  3. Remember facts can really be powerful, so post the evidence. Post images of your PM's, images of the ad or how they advertised things. Post images of emails, Payment receipts.
  4. When posting a positive experience, be sure you double check the stars you give, make sure if you wanted to give a 5 star review you do not accidentally choose 1 star.

4: LINKS YOU CAN AND CANNOT POST

You are allowed to post certain links to other sites when making a review or post. Below is a break down in general terms what you can and cannot link to.

  1. WHAT YOU CAN LINK TO:
    • Links to a persons or businesses BBB (Better Business Bureau) profile.
    • Links to their own business or sales page / pages.
    • Link to other internal links on this site that talk about them or their business.
    • Links that back your claims up directly.

  2. WHAT YOU CANNOT LINK TO:
    • Fake reviews or fake accounts you or anyone else you know created.
    • SPAM links to sales sites.
    • Sites that contain porn / pornography.
    • Sites that exploit children or women.
    • Any other site that we deem not proper.

5: CLAIMS OF SLANDER OR LIBEL

If you feel that someone is slandering you, libeling you or in any other way saying / claiming things that you feel are wrong, incorrect or a lie you may file a request for us to take the information down. We are happy to investigate your claim, and remove any information that is a lie and or false.

We support a persons right to give a review of their experience when dealing with any business and or person. Under both Federal and many State cases heard in courts in the United States, the court has upheald a persons Right to post publicly reviews about their experiences. Specifically, the following grants said Rights.

  1. Federal - The CRFA (Consumer Review Fairness Act) explicitly protects your / a persons right to share honest opinions about a business's or persons products or services.
  2. Federal USSC Case - New York Times Co. v. Sullivan (1964) set the ground rules in this landmark case, about malice, and set basic standards of making reviews, and how being subjective matters.
  3. Federal Court - Bauer v. Kincaid (2001) handled the internet, and posting online opinions, reviews and posts. The Court in this case and subsequent other cases, held that negative online posts and reviews are protected under the First Amendment as long as they are substantially true or represent the reviewer's honest subjective opinion.
Basically Under current law, as long as your review is truthful and focuses on your honest personal experience, it is heavily protected speech. You cannot be legally penalized for expressing an opinion (e.g., "The food was terrible" or "I think he lied" ). Also calling someone a "bad" name is not actionable, unless you are inferring certain things that are not true. e.g., he is "a child molester". That is actionable. However, if that personal is or has been convicted to assaulting a child, then the name / comment is not.

This is why we ask when making a review you post the facts, post the paypal receipts, the messages, the promises. You see if you post the facts then your review has credence it has legitimacy, and being legit and factual is what this site is all about.

HOWEVER...................
If someone makes a review that is not truthful then you can let us know such, and when making a request for us to take down a review, we need you to provide us the following information IN FULL. We are happy to remove reviews that are false. But to remove a review we need you to cooperate with us with information.
