You cannot directly change or edit a customers reviews. However when you take over as a business account owner, you can talk to the customer, and many times we see the issues is simple misunderstanding. Thus turning a negative review into a positive, or having the negative review removed is a result.

As a business owner, to appeal a review you need to take control of the business on this site. You then can appeal to us the negative review. When a business appeals a review we look at both sides, and may ask for more information. After looking at everything we make a determination. We will be honest here, we rarely remove reviews. We instead encourage the parties to get together and work it out.

If you report to us your business has been taken over by someone not authorized we immediately will work to cease their control of your business. We will require you to provide us proof of ownership, and the faster you provide us the information, the quicker we can determine if your claim is right, so we can remove access from the other party, and give you proper access.
